Best Movies List

This is the first film based of quite well known series of books by Rick Riordan and it looks like another Harry Potter story, but I must admit that despite of some similarities this fantasy screenplay is worth watching especially with your teenage kids. Percy Jackson is not quite common guy, actually he is the son of Poseidon (God of Water in Greek mythology) and mortal woman. He has several other friends with some magical abilities and he has to safe the world that is in great danger after someone stole lightings from Zeus, the main god in this pantheon.

These special kids go to the special camp for other children of gods and learn to control their power that would be useful in the struggle against evil doers. So if you kids enjoy book they would like this film for sure, but even if they don’t know about it, they like this screenplay as one of the best movies for teens.
